In looking at the code, the only possibility of the link not being present is if the post itself is missing or there is some plugin that is changing the permalink via the post_link filter.

You might start with disabling all other plugins and see if postie works correctly. If so start adding plugins back one at a time to see when postie stops working as expected.

It looks like your video template is blank, which is causing no content to be put in your post. Please check the Video and Audio tab in the Postie settings.
